Houston, We Have Liftoff

Slash possibly more evidence of the snow snake, but as always, it's hard to know for sure.  Marie "Pre-release" Prefontaine suffers from snakebite.  And what do I always say about snow snakes, folks?  That's right, that they can only get you on red gates.  It's science.  Let's take a cold hard look at the facts.  On a side note wherever Marie is training looks absolutely gorgeous.  Gorgeous gondolas, picturesque pines, and salivating snow snakes.

If you're carving, let's do it.  Ride it, my rossi.
Technically, very sound.  Tactically, looks great.  Only one thing could get in Marie's way now...

Kinda insane inside ski angles though...
Uh oh... looks like that inside ski is starting to hook up a little bit..
I know what this means.

Houston, we have liftoff.
But what goes up must come down.  Karma's a bitch, and so am I.

Thanks a ton to John for the video.  I hope this was an educational experience for all of you.  I have some good news.  At midnight on Tuesday I will post the best picture in the history of Slalom Tokyo Drift.  It combines everything I stand for in life into one image.  It's no coincidence that this picture is being posted at the intersection of Toepiece Tuesday and Wildlife Wednesday.  That's all I have to say about that.  Slalom Ace out.
